Once your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, you can expect delivery within4–5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your boots. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange unworn boots in original condition with all packaging. If your boots don't fit right or you'd like to try a different style, we'll cover return shipping on your first exchange. For worn boots, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
How should I care for and maintain my boots?
